Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNMW collects, uses, retains and deletes data while providing cross-border access, network acceleration, international routes and subscription management. Please read these terms before using the service; continuing to visit the website or use subscription services means you acknowledge the data practices described here.
Account and Required Data
VPNMW lets users create an account with a username and password without an email address, so an email address is not required to create an account. Account processing mainly covers the username, password verification data, plan status, traffic usage, client access permissions and ticket content submitted by the user.
This data is used to verify identity, display subscription status, determine service permissions, manage account settings and respond to support requests. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the service in usernames, tickets or other free-form fields. Password verification data is used to confirm account access, and account details are not disclosed to other users.
Orders and Payment Processing
After an order is created, the service stores order items, amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, refund status and records related to subscription delivery. This information is used to confirm payment, activate a plan, reconcile accounts and handle disputes. Order records are used only to fulfill transactions and for necessary operational management.
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services. During payment, those providers may process payment-account, transaction-verification and risk-control data under their own rules. VPNMW generally receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to complete an order, but is not responsible for data collected independently by third-party platforms. Before using a payment method, you should also review that provider's privacy policy.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
VPNMW does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain target-page content, search queries or message content, or analyze network activity to build browsing profiles. The no-logs scope covers access content transmitted through subscription services; it does not mean that account, order or traffic-quota data required to provide the service is never processed.
To manage routes, diagnose faults, measure traffic and address security issues, the system may temporarily process operational data such as connection times, route identifiers, transferred traffic and error states. This data is not used to reconstruct specific access content or create a long-term, identifiable history of connection activity. Once troubleshooting, security handling or service settlement is complete, it is deleted or de-identified according to the principle of data minimization.
Analytics, Cookies and Local Storage
The website may collect page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category and basic error information to understand whether pages work properly, improve navigation and investigate anomalies. Analytics cover use of the VPNMW website and user panel; they do not include the content of target websites accessed through international routes and are not used to promise route availability or display fabricated user counts.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status, save language preferences, record necessary interface settings and support security verification. Deleting this data may log you out, restore the default language preference or require some settings to be selected again. Your browser can be used to view and clear this data, but disabling necessary storage may prevent some user-panel functions from working properly.
Retention, Protection and Deletion
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide subscription services. Order and refund records are retained as required to fulfill transactions, handle disputes and comply with applicable rules. Analytics, error information and temporary operational data are retained only for as long as needed for their corresponding purposes, then deleted, aggregated or de-identified.
VPNMW uses bank-level encryption for account, order and service transmissions and limits processing according to data purpose. Users may submit requests to access, correct or delete account data through the ticket portal in the user panel. To prevent unauthorized actions, account verification may be required before processing a request. After an account is deleted, records required by law or needed to complete pending transactions, refunds or disputes may be retained until the relevant purpose ends.
Policy Updates and Choices
This policy may be updated when service features, data practices or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed; important changes to the scope of data processing may also be announced in the user panel. The updated policy applies to data processing carried out after it takes effect.
Users can manage Cookies and local storage through their browser or submit an account-deletion request when the service is no longer needed. If you have questions about a data practice, use a user-panel ticket to describe the account and relevant context; do not submit passwords, payment credentials or subscription information on public pages.
