Service Scope

VPNMW provides network acceleration across 120+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include the user panel, client access, subscription configurations, and international route access, with bank-grade encryption used to protect connections.

Regional exits indicate network access locations only. They do not guarantee that a target website, app, AI tool, or streaming service will be available. Target services may adjust access based on account region, content licensing, risk controls, or their own terms. Users should verify the relevant conditions separately before use.

Account and Subscription Rules

Creating an account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their usernames, passwords, subscription details, and panel access, and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their passwords promptly and update the subscription configuration in their clients.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but accounts and subscriptions are for the purchaser to manage for normal use only. Users may not resell, rent out, publicly post, or share account credentials, subscription URLs, or route access. Automated use that abnormally consumes route resources or interferes with other users is also prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the billing method, traffic allowance, and current needs before placing an order.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is actually used, as well as the rules of the websites, apps, and platforms they access. VPNMW may not be used for illegal activities, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, fraud, or disruption of normal network operations.

Users may not use the service to send disruptive content in bulk, probe or attack network facilities, or use subscriptions in ways that may cause route congestion, system failures, or third-party complaints. Users are responsible for consequences arising from their own actions. VPNMW may restrict access, suspend service, or terminate accounts when necessary and within a reasonable scope.

Availability and Liability

VPNMW maintains the user panel, subscription configurations, and international routes, but network quality may still be affected by the user’s local carrier, device environment, client settings, target service policies, public network conditions, and maintenance schedules. Route names, exit regions, and actual content availability are determined by the panel information and target service rules in effect at the time of use.

When connection issues occur, users should first check the plan status, remaining traffic, and whether the subscription was imported correctly, then try another available international route shown in the panel. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNMW is not liable for indirect losses arising from user device failures, incorrect configurations, third-party platform changes, external network interruptions, or other causes beyond reasonable control.

Suspension and Account Termination

If a user violates these terms, resells or shares a subscription, endangers system or route operations, infringes third-party rights, or creates compliance risks, VPNMW may suspend the relevant subscription, restrict account functions, or terminate the service based on the impact. Before and after such measures, the status and available actions shown in the user panel will apply.

After account termination, users may not continue accessing the service with the original subscription information. If a user believes that a restriction or termination resulted from an incorrect status assessment, they may submit order and account identification details through the ticket portal in the user panel. Eligible refund requests will continue to be handled under the refund rules in these terms.

Refunds and Policy Changes

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with information that identifies the relevant account and order. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods, and order records and payment status are determined by the user panel.

VPNMW may revise these terms due to changes in service content, operational arrangements, or applicable rules. Updated terms will be published on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes affecting user rights or usage rules may also be explained on the website or in the user panel. Continued use after the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If users do not accept the changes, they must stop using the service.
